What is an IR touch frame?
An infrared touch frame adds touch interaction around a display by using an infrared sensing grid. It is often used to upgrade existing screens for kiosks, classrooms, retail, and industrial interfaces.
What sizes are available?
Available sizes depend on the product series. Standard and project sizes may vary, and custom sizes should be confirmed before ordering.
Does an IR touch frame need special software?
Some setups are plug-and-play, while others may need drivers or calibration tools depending on the operating system and controller. Prepare your OS details before requesting driver support.

What warranty does Haitouch provide?
Eligible Haitouch products are covered by a 1-year limited hardware warranty under normal use unless a different written agreement applies.
Can custom-size products be returned?
Custom-made sizes or project-specific products may not be eligible for return unless defective or otherwise agreed in writing. Confirm dimensions before ordering.
What should I do if shipping damage occurs?
Take clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product condition. Contact support within 7 days of delivery for review.
