This policy explains warranty coverage, return eligibility, shipping damage claims, and how to request support for Haitouch touch hardware.
Warranty coverage
1-year limited hardware warranty.
Haitouch products are covered by a limited warranty against eligible defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, unless a different written agreement applies.
- Coverage applies to normal use, proper installation, and supported operating environments.
- Proof of purchase, product model, photos, and troubleshooting details may be required.
- Approved warranty service may include repair, replacement parts, replacement product, or another reasonable solution.
What is not covered
Damage outside normal use.
The limited warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, physical damage, liquid damage outside the product rating, power issues, or damage caused by third-party parts or systems.
Returns and refunds
Standard items may be returnable within 30 days.
Unused standard items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery after approval from Haitouch support. Returned items should be complete, undamaged, and in original or protective packaging.
Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and payment processing fees may not be refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Custom products
Custom-size products require special review.
Custom-made sizes, project-specific configurations, and special-order items may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective or the issue was caused by Haitouch. Please confirm all dimensions and requirements before ordering custom hardware.
Shipping damage
Inspect your shipment when it arrives.
If the package or product appears damaged during shipping, take clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, and product condition. Contact Haitouch support within 7 days of delivery so we can help review the claim.
