Plan the installation before you order
A good IR touch frame installation starts before production. The touch frame must match the display size, mounting structure, cable direction, and operating system. A small planning mistake can make installation slower or reduce touch accuracy.
Measure the active display area
Start with the active display area, not only the outside monitor size. For a retrofit project, also measure the bezel, frame clearance, and any protective glass. If the display has a thick enclosure, confirm how the touch frame will be fixed.
Check glass and mounting conditions
Infrared touch can work with suitable protective glass, but the frame position matters. The infrared grid should remain clear and aligned with the touch surface. Avoid structures that block the sensing path.
Confirm USB and operating system
Most Haitouch IR touch products use USB HID for plug-and-play operation on mainstream Windows, Android, Linux, and Mac systems. Special embedded hosts should be confirmed before bulk orders.
